If SIG plc or SIG Trading Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data

requests from public and government authorities; (d) to carry out our obligations and enforce our terms and conditions

you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. This includes
exchanging information with other companies and organizations where reasonably necessary for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure offsite servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using
SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain
parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with
anyone. The password is stored and encrypted in an SQL database and it cannot be decoded and read by anyone.
The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored in, a country outside the United Kingdom. It may
also be processed by staff operating outside the UK who work for us or for one of our suppliers. The laws in some countries
may not provide as much legal protection for your information as in the UK.

with the Act. Access request from the 25 May 2018 are free of charge, however where the request made is excessive or
manifestly unfounded, we may charge a 'reasonable fee'. This fee will cover the administrative costs of providing you with
details of the information we hold about you. Access request will be responded to within one month from date of receipt and, if
required, we are in receipt of sufficient information to locate the information requested.
